What this is
Inkvestment Bankers is a collection of 3,333 pixel-art NFTs on Ink (chain ID 763373). These terms cover your use of this website, applying, and minting a Banker.
By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms where you live. You must not be subject to sanctions or be acting for someone who is.
You are responsible for the wallet you connect, for keeping its keys safe, and for anything done with it.
Applying
Minting is open to approved applicants only. The team reviews every application and may approve or reject any of them at its discretion.
We do not publish the review criteria. Decisions are final and there is no appeal. A rejection shows a reason on your status page when it is a plain fact about your wallet.
One wallet may link to one X account and one X account to one wallet. We may refuse or reject applications that look automated, duplicated or abusive.
Applying earns nothing by itself. The follow, repost and reply tasks are required and carry no reward.
Minting
- The price is the amount shown in your wallet when you mint, paid in ETH on Ink. It is set in the contract and shown on the Mint desk before you confirm.
- Each wallet may mint one.
- Minting needs a permission we sign for you. It is valid for five minutes and works for your wallet only.
- Your tier is set when the offer is extended. It does not go up. If that tier is full when you mint, the Banker is placed in the next tier down, and you confirm that before you sign.
- A full tier is not offered. The team picks another tier. At mint, if the offered tier has filled, your Banker is placed in the next tier down. It never moves up. The Mint desk shows that before you sign.
- An offer lasts 48 hours. Mint by the time shown on your status page, in your own time zone. After that the offer may be withdrawn and the place released. A new offer is not guaranteed.
- You also pay the network fee. Blockchain transactions are final. We cannot reverse, refund or cancel a confirmed transaction.
What a Banker is
A Banker is an ERC-721 token on Ink. Its tier is the one confirmed on the Mint desk, and its traits never change afterwards.
Each Banker carries votes on the Investment Committee, weighted by tier: 5 for a Rainmaker, 4 for a Closer, 3 for a Dealmaker, 2 for a Runner and 1 for a Cold Caller. The Committee votes on proposals about what the project Treasury buys and sells. Its rules are published before the first vote.
The votes are a public signal. A vote never moves funds and never forces anyone to act: the Committee's contract cannot queue or carry out a deal. The Treasury is one dedicated wallet (one key) controlled by the project, and only that wallet can spend what it holds. If the project acts on a result, it does so from that wallet, outside the Committee's contract, and records what it did on-chain.
That same Treasury wallet is the Committee's guardian. It can cancel a proposal, for example a spam or conflicted one, before anything is done with it. No other key has to agree.
A Banker gives you those votes. It does not give you ownership of any asset held by the Treasury, and it does not give you control of how the Treasury is used.
Artwork and name
The artwork, the Banker Card design and the Inkvestment Bankers name belong to the project. Licensing terms for holders will be published on this site.
Always use the full name. Other collections with similar names are not connected to us.
Risks
Digital assets are volatile and can lose all of their value. Smart contracts can contain bugs even after testing and review. Wallets, networks and third-party services can fail or be attacked.
Only spend what you can afford to lose. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. See the disclaimer.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload or scrape the site, use bots to apply or mint, impersonate the project, or try to get around a limit or a review decision.
We will never ask for your seed phrase or ask you to approve token spending in order to apply. If anyone does, it is not us.
Liability
The site and the services are provided as they are, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or losses caused by third parties, wallets, networks or your own mistakes.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
